Are you an experienced IT support professional with a hands-on mindset and a knack for problem-solving? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration and innovation are key? We’re looking for a On-Site Support (with some System Administration).
🖥️ Your Role
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal users, providing responsive and professional technical support.
* Manage incidents, service requests, and follow Service Desk best practices.
* Work closely with global colleagues to meet SLAs and ensure service continuity.
* Opportunity to participate in or lead IT improvement projects.
* Provide occasional standby/on-call support (1 week every 2 weeks) – with extra allowance.
🧠Your Profile
* Previous experience in a similar IT support or system admin role.
* Solid knowledge of:
* Windows OS (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019)
* Microsoft Office/O365
* Basic understanding of Networking (WAN/LAN)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to engage across teams and stakeholders.
* : Fluent in French and English (at least professional). Dutch is a plus.
* A real team player with a calm, solutions-focused attitude.
* Possess a valid driver’s license.
