Become a Business Advisor and guide the growth of diverse entrepreneurs from start-up to success! You will help liberal professionals, self-employed people and SMEs optimize their business operations and financial planning. Description You work with Business customers, including liberal professionals, self-employed and SMEs with a turnover of up to 10 million euros, putting their needs at the heart of your work
You support clients from the crucial moment of their business start-up, with a special offer for start-ups, and throughout the life cycle of their business, providing effective and user-friendly solutions, both professionally and privately
During your first six to eighteen months as an associate, you will go through a program consisting of high-quality technical and commercial courses and get to know exclusive banking and insurance products for local Business customers
You will complete an internship within the network of independent branches and attend tailored management training courses
Your goal is to develop the necessary skills to become an independent manager in the existing networks of agencies, legally organized as limited partnerships
In your role as business manager, you will be the first point of contact for Business clients, allowing them to focus on their clients, generate profits and increase their private wealth
You guide them through the entire life cycle of their business, identifying changes in their financing needs and offering proactive solutions, including tax optimization
You support them in finding both banking and insurance solutions essential to their business and private life, with the help of a team of specialists in complex investment products, retirement savings, insurance and leasing
If necessary, you will involve a Financial Advisor, Private Banking Advisor or Wealth Manager in client discussions
You will organize local initiatives and collaborate on regional events to strengthen our client's brand and build client relationships
Finally, you will conduct prospecting, recognize opportunities and increase our client's high-value portfolio through your proactive approach.

Your profile The ideal candidate: Has a customer-oriented attitude and strives to achieve optimal satisfaction with each client
Acts from a strong ethical compass and combines reason with emotion in his/her communication
Finds the right balance between the interests of clients, society and the organization
Masters the basics of macroeconomics and is aware of the economic and fiscal environment
Has knowledge of corporate legislation and is familiar with both personal and corporate income taxes
Performs financial analysis and can thoroughly interpret balance sheets
Performs risk analysis to ensure stability and security
Is knowledgeable in insurance and investment vehicles specific to the business market
Knows the ins and outs of day-to-day banking operations, such as accounts and debit cards, and can provide appropriate payment solutions for businesses
Is able to identify investment opportunities in the personal domain of clients.
