What You'll Be Doing
* Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers
* Lead contract renewals and negotiate terms that drive retention
* Run regular business reviews to showcase ROI and utilisation insights
* Identify upsell, cross‐sell, and expansion opportunities across customer sites
* Build a deep understanding of customer operations and strategic goals
* Partner closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Operations to resolve issues and elevate the customer experience
* Monitor account health, flag risks early, and implement retention strategies
* Keep Salesforce updated with account plans, renewal timelines, and pipeline activity
* Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets for renewals and expansion
What You Bring
* 3–5 years' experience in B2B account management or customer success
* Proven success hitting renewal and expansion quotas
* Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to articulate value
* Experience managing complex, multi‐stakeholder relationships
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
* CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
