Could you be the full-time Product Introduction Junior Field Engineer we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
We’ll look to you for:
1. Support any technical activity on Alstom products during PI (Product Introduction) period as well as Commissioning, Warranty (and Validation & Certification phase if applicable)
2. Liaise with Systems Engineer to support technical investigation
3. Diagnosing causes of malfunction or failure of operational equipment
4. Recommending preventative and corrective actions
5. Defining troubleshooting methodologies
6. Providing technical guidance and supporting technicians in troubleshooting and repairs
7. Supporting data RAM (Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability) requirements
8. Assisting the PI Manager during customer monthly reviews

9. Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
10. Experience or understanding of troubleshooting and repair methodologies
11. Knowledge of operational equipment diagnostics
12. Familiarity with RAM (Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability) concepts
13. A technical certification in a relevant field
14. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
15. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
