Prima Verpackung is a specialist in the production of corrugated cardboard and packaging based in Diemelstadt, Germany. We produce the right packaging solution for every sector of the economy. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a committed Sales Manager (m/f/d) who will inspire our customers, open up new markets and actively shape our growth.

Our Sales Manager position offers you the opportunity to independently expand our sales territory in Belgium. With your confident language skills in Flemish, French, English and, ideally, German, you will play an active role in our sales team in Belgium and thus play a key role in shaping the future of our company.


* As a sales personality, you will independently build up your customer base in our target markets of food, e-commerce, retail, logistics and industry
* You will be responsible for your own sales budget and acquisition of new customers
* You will visit customers for the purpose of consulting and order negotiations
* You will analyse market potential to discover new market trends
* You will work closely with product development, internal sales and the sales director

* Experience in customer acquisition and expanding customer potential, preferably in the corrugated cardboard industry
* Hunter mentality
* Good networker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, complemented by an independent and flexible way of working
* Willingness to travel within the sales area
* Business fluent in Flemish, French and English. German would be an advantage

* A structured onboarding plan will give you a comprehensive understanding of our processes, our products and our company. As the induction takes place at our site in Diemelstadt, we will provide accommodation for this period.
