Product Quality Specialist | CDI | EN - NL - FR | Chemical industry Our client is an international company active worldwide, specializing in the management and distribution of petroleum and chemical products. To strengthen its Supply Chain team, we are looking for a Product Quality Specialist. Responsibilities Manage product quality, analyze and determine blending plans. Maintain the product database and participate in terminal and laboratory audits. Support the QA Manager in investigating product quality complaints, product non-compliance, and client audit planning. Support the supply chain with recipe calculations for inline blends. Ensure the sample forwarding process, manage the preparation and/or coordination of samples for contract lab testing, and ensure the resulting data is properly tracked and communicated to interested parties. Respond to customer-specific technical questions for the sales team and assist customer service in maintaining appropriate customer technical notes in SAP to ensure clear shipping instructions. Manage the receipt of incoming samples, coordinate storage, and appropriate testing by the contract lab. Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, or a similar technical field. Professional Experience: Experience in product quality management and in the industry. Languages: Fluent in English and advanced in Dutch. Knowledge of French is a plus. Specific Skills/Knowledge: Excellent relationship skills, team player, ability to work cross-functionally. Strong computer knowledge. Excellent communication skills (internal and external).
