We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Quality Manager (M/F/X) who will explore new digital opportunities, turn ideas into concrete solutions, and foster an innovative mindset across the organization — while ensuring that our quality standards remain strong and future-proof.
Responsibilities
Process Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities across EMS processes to boost efficiency, reliability, and data accessibility.
Digital Tool Development: Design and build data-driven applications and dashboards using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Python, and SQL, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Technology Exploration: Assess and adopt AI-based technologies to support decision-making, knowledge sharing, and process optimization, while respecting governance and risk frameworks.
Quality Management: Define, document, audit, and update business processes and policies in line with ISO standards and ENGIE requirements, using a unified process management methodology.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a multidisciplinary team, foster collaboration and innovation, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external tech providers to ensure successful automation project delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a LEAN culture and data-driven decision-making, while consolidating and monitoring monthly KPIs to ensure ongoing performance and compliance.
Profile
Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience.
Demonstrated experience in process automation, digital transformation, or data-driven improvement projects.
Strong understanding of application logic, data structures, and system-integration principles.
Hands‐on experience with Power Platform Microsoft (Power App, Power Automate & Power BI), Python and SQL; knowledge of or interest in AI systems (e.g. Copilot Agents) and emerging digital technologies.
Experience with quality management systems or process governance (e.g. ISO frameworks) is an asset. Knowledge of ISO45001.
Analytical, structured, and pragmatic mindset with the ability to bridge strategy and execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‐management skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
