Responsibilities
* We are looking for someone to manage payroll and benefits for a dynamic team of professionals.
* They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate personnel files and social documents, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* The ideal candidate will develop and maintain HR policies, guidelines, and codes of conduct that promote a positive work environment.
* They will support employee onboarding, offboarding, and promotion processes, including welcome presentations and exit interviews.
* This role requires coordination of internal communication around HR policies and ensuring seamless auditing and reporting.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, with a proven track record in national payroll management is required.
* Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in Dutch, with a good level of French and English.
* The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, demonstrating discretion, ownership, and reliability.
* We are looking for a team player who can also work independently, taking initiative and handling various tasks and projects.
