We're looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to join our client's Service Desk & Workplace team, delivering hands-on technical support across a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1 and 2 support for incidents and service requests
* Resolve issues via support tools or on-site interventions
* Manage ticket lifecycle using ITSM platforms
* Deploy and configure PCs, hardware, and software
* Contribute to IT documentation and project rollouts
* Maintain IT equipment lifecycle and suggest tech improvements
Must-Have Skills:
* 5+ years in IT support, ideally in international settings
* Fluent French and strong English communication
* Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Entra ID
* Experience with Exchange (On-Prem & Online), Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
* Strong knowledge of PC hardware, IP telephony, and mobile device support
Nice-to-Have:
* PowerShell scripting
* Windows Server & SCCM
* Basic networking knowledge
* ITIL certification or understanding
