Description The ideal candidate will support the daily accounting operations of one or more group entities, ensuring accurate financial processing and compliance with statutory requirements while assisting with monthly closings and reporting. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will: Process supplier invoices efficiently and accurately. Process and monitor travel expenses. Assist in the monthly closing process, including account reconciliations. Assist in preparing and submitting monthly / yearly VAT and Intrastat reports, as well as other statutory reporting requirements. Assist in monthly payroll preparation. Support in other ad hoc tasks related to the accounting of one or more group entities. Qualifications Applicants should ideally have: A bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent by experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP FI/CO is a plus. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are an advantage. A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey information tactfully and diplomatically. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
