Kemin Animal Health and Nutrition EMENA is seeking a Customer Service Representative with Dutch.
location: Herentals (Belgium)
1day HO/week
In this role, you will act as a key link between our Sales teams, Supply Chain Planning, and Operations. You will support commercial activities, manage end‑to‑end order processing, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of our products across your dedicated regions.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and keeping processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales team
2. Coordinate internal activities to support commercial objectives in your region
3. Ensure efficient and accurate end-to-end order processing
4. Maintain customer files and administrative documentation
5. Support order forecasting by preparing reports and contacting customers
6. Collect, verify, and maintain customer master data
7. Provide timely, professional customer service
8. Collaborate with Finance to follow up on overdue invoices
9. Plan shipments and issue instructions to the warehouse when required
10. Act as backup for colleagues in Customer Service and Logistics during absences
Qualifications
What will make you successful?
11. University degree
12. Experience in a customer service and/or supply chain environment
13. Strong communication and client-facing skills
14. A proactive mindset and a positive, growth-oriented attitude
15. Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach
16. Fluency in English and Dutch; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage
17. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
18. Ability to work independently and take initiative
