Drive Strategic Growth and Shape the Future
As a Projects and M&A Analyst, you play a pivotal role in modeling and validating financial elements for strategic projects, including acquisitions. You act as a trusted business partner for internal and external stakeholders and support treasury operations when needed.
What you'll do
* Model and analyze financial impacts of strategic projects and prepare key data for business plans.
* Conduct financial reviews and due diligence prior to acquisitions and prepare investment committee presentations.
* Collaborate with external M&A teams and support post-acquisition integration (goodwill, purchase price allocation).
* Perform asset and subsidiary valuations, profitability analyses, and present findings to financial partners.
* Support business development with innovative business models and drive process automation for efficiency.
* Act as treasury back-up: manage cash flow forecasts, analyze variances, and implement financing solutions.
What you bring
* A Master's degree in Finance or Economics and at least 5 years of experience in audit, banking, project finance, or M&A.
* Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with advanced Excel expertise.
* Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities under pressure.
* Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch; CFA certification is a plus.
* A proactive, flexible mindset with strong communication and writing skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment.
