The Go-To-Market strategy specialist is a strategic and hands-on position focused on building and optimizing our value proposition chain, shaping how we approach the market and how we enable our sales force to succeed.

You will help design, refine, and implement Verisure's Go-To-Market strategy across B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical skills with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, capable of identifying growth opportunities, driving change, and ensuring high-impact execution.

What will you do?


* Design and build value propositions that are tailored to our customer segments and aligned with local market needs.

* Analyze and optimize sales methodologies and processes (digital tools, sales funnel efficiency, pricing, closing strategies, etc.).

* Identify new business opportunities through market and customer insights.

* Work on change management initiatives to support sales transformation and improve impact.

* Act as a bridge between strategy and field operations — collaborating with sales branches and regularly going on-site to understand front-line realities.

* Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Sales, Digital) to co-develop and deploy Go-To-Market initiatives.

* Use tools like MySales and other digital platforms to manage projects and track commercial performance.

* Ensure that project-based work is executed with quality and delivers measurable results.


Your profile

* A strategic thinker with a business development mindset, comfortable working across both B2B and B2C environments.

* A hands-on problem solver who enjoys being close to the field while also driving strategic change from the center.

* Experienced in sales operations, value proposition design, and Go-To-Market execution.

* Skilled in translating complex insights into actionable field strategies.

* Comfortable with change management, influencing stakeholders, and leading cross-functional collaboration.

* 6–8 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, or Sales Operations roles.

* Strong analytical capabilities: able to break down complex problems and build solutions.

* Proficient in Excel; familiarity with tools like Power BI is a plus.

* Prior experience in strategy consulting, tech, telco, or B2B/B2C sales environments is a strong advantage.

* Fluent in English, good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
