Your responsibilities
1. Assist Deloitte in developing new Performance Management solutions and models for expanding needs, both nationally and internationally.
2. Support application activities across our market-leading solutions.
3. Engage with internal and external clients for troubleshooting in a timely manner.
4. Develop enhancements based on User Stories.
5. Support solution delivery with a diverse, cross-functional team.
6. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
7. Conduct research & analysis, facilitate workshops and client discussions, synthesize results into recommendations, and support implementation.
8. Coach junior colleagues starting on Performance Management projects.
Candidate profile
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Commerce, Technology, or Accounting.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in Consulting and/or Project work.
3. Relevant experience with EPM tools such as Anaplan, Tagetik, SAP, Oracle, Cognos, etc.
4. Problem-solving passion, eagerness to learn, and embrace challenges.
5. Strong communication and analytical skills.
6. Proactive, dynamic attitude with a focus on getting things done.
7. Experience working in Managed Services or Customer Support environments.
8. Ability to work independently and in teams, with client contact experience.
9. Willingness to travel occasionally for international clients.
10. Bilingual in Dutch/French and fluent in English.
11. Based in Belgium with an EU passport.
