Summary

As a Project QHSE Manager you’ll be collaborating with employees of all nationalities and disciplines. DEME's objective is to provide a healthy work environment, to promote sound work practices and a healthy lifestyle for everyone involved in our business. QHSE is therefore one of our most vital departments and involved in all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters on our projects, vessels, and in HQ. 7. Advise the workforce regarding QHSE-S matters and organize trainings, inductions and toolbox meetings

8. Execute audits and inspections to ensure the effectiveness of QHSE-S programs.

9. Identify and evaluate QHSE-S risks.

10. Collect data and prepare reports.

11. Escalate and communicate important QHSE-S issues and improvement initiatives to the QHSE department.

12. You hold a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering and/or QHSE related studies such as safety science.

13. You have relevant experience in civil works. Project experience is a big plus.

14. You have an analytical mind and are able to work accurately.

15. You are service minded and a good communicator.

16. You are fluent, both written and verbal, in French and English.

17. You get energy from working with processes and organizing systems.

18. You are prepared to work on our projects abroad.

The Project Manager Fleet Interventions is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the scope of work for a vessel intervention period (maintenance, repair, mobilisation, conversion, installation of mission equipment, ..) and redelivery. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to stringent quality and safety standards, while also obtaining high vessel performance and reliability post-redelivery.

The Technical Equipment Supervisor (TES), is the main responsible person for the technical state of the Cable Burial Tool (CBT), whether on the vessel during operations or on shore during maintenance and modifications.
