About the Role amfori is seeking a strategic, proactive and hands-on IT Manager to lead our digital transformation journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, medium-sized environment and is dedicated about building an integrated IT ecosystem, driving digitalisation and leveraging data to create business value. You will be responsible for designing and implementing our future-fit IT-Infrastructure that supports scalability, business goals and user experience. Your Responsibilities IT Architecture Maintain a modern, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure Ensure seamless integration between cloud services, on-premise systems, and third-party platforms Standardize IT practices and documentation to support future scalability IT Ecosystem Development Design and implement a cohesive IT ecosystem that integrates amfori core systems with external systems and integration points, enhance productivity, customer experience, and operational agility Ensure IT Security, Compliance and quality assurance Data Management Establish data governance policies and ensure data quality, accessibility, and compliance Promote a data-driven culture by further enabling self-service analytics and business intelligence AI & Automation Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement AI/ML solutions IT Vendor Management Ensure that external vendors deliver value, meet performance expectations Develop Vendor Strategy, and lead vendor selection process and contract negotiations Leadership & Collaboration Align and define IT strategy with business strategy and goals Manage a small internal IT team and coordinate with external vendors and consultants Foster talent development and growth of the IT Team, provide mentoring and empowerment Professionalize internal IT service and establish knowledge sharing culture Provide hands-on support and training to staff if needed Your profile Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master is a plus)5+ years of experience in IT roles, ideally within an SME or fast-growing company Proven experience in IT Architecture, systems integration, cloud technologies, IT management Familiarity with platforms, data analytics platforms, data management and AI/ML concepts Knowledge of IT Security and Compliance standards Project management, communication, and leadership skills Relevant certifications are a plus
