What will you be doing?
As aJuniorRisk Advisor, your dutiesare highly varied. Together with more experienced colleagues, you work on various risk-related projects such as Risk Management, Internal Audits, CyberSecurityand Data Privacy. In practice, this involves:
1. Gaining an understanding of a client’s current risk landscape, assessing the maturity of theircapabilitiesand making recommendations.
2. Identifyingand assessing vulnerabilities in clients’ control environments or processes through interviews and the inspection of systems and documents.
3. Carrying out certification processes at the client site, including the examination of business processesandIT processes (such assecurity,continuity and change management).
4. Discovering the softer side of Cybersecurity and helping our customers build more resilientdefensestrategies from governance to awareness andTechnology Risk gap assessments.
You will work as part of a team that helps to ensure that the strategies and operations of our clients align with theirobjectives. As ateamyou will provide independent, critical advice to develop tailored internal control frameworks andoptimizebusiness processes.
What do you bring to the table?
5. You will graduate with aMaster’s degree inBusiness Economics,Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science, Commercial Science, RiskManagementor similar fields.
6. If you were to describe yourself, one of the first terms to come to mind would be “flexible”.Juggling multiple deadlines or dealing with several different files on the same day? A piece of cake for you.
7. You are happy to take the initiative and presentnew ideas, but also receptive to your colleagues’ point of view. You make sure to keep them informed of a project’s progress; team spirit is the way to go for you.
8. Your work is analytical and meticulous.You are capable of objectively and critically assessing your own and others’ work.
9. You are tech-savvy, with familiarity in audittoolsand AI considered a plus.
10. You are fluent in English, combined with Dutch or French. All threeisanadditionalasset.
