Job Description
In this role, you will drive business development across Asian markets by steering distributor performance, achieving sales and profit targets, and identifying new business opportunities. You will create annual business and trade plans, lead commercial and project-driven sales, oversee full marketing activation across product, pricing, distribution, and promotions, and ensure efficient A&P spending while monitoring competitor insights. The position also involves conducting regular business reviews, analysing sales and margin performance, and managing contract negotiations.
Operationally, you will support distributors with technical guidance, coordinate export shipments, maintain accurate forecasts and order placements, and collaborate with factories and customer service teams on aftersales matters. You will also facilitate training, support product development processes, manage orders and credit limits, and work closely with international teams to ensure seamless execution across the region.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business, marketing, communications, or science-related fields, and is fluent in both English and Mandarin. You bring at least 10 years of sales and marketing experience across Asia, ideally within appliances, consumer electronics, or household products, coupled with strong experience in managing regional distributors. You possess sharp business acumen, strong influencing skills, and excellent analytical capabilities. You are a highly independent, self-motivated team player with outstanding communication abilities, a results-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to travel when required.
