As a Commercial Structuring, you will:
Business/Role Responsibilities
* Identify and develop business develop and origination opportunities in low-carbon fuels and hydrogen derivatives across Asia.
* Deliver commercial frameworks, Investment thesis, economic analysis, value chain mapping pricing models, JV/M&A structures, commercial structures, business cases and offtake agreements.
* Develop revenue opportunities, pricing strategies, and innovative commercial models to impact P&L.
* Manage/ execute project end-to-end delivery with clear milestones, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
* Oversee the global origination project funnel, ensuring timely delivery, clear oversight of offtake agreements and AACP & EU projects, and strategic alignment across all teams.
* Monitor APAC & EU regulations and ensure alignment with Madrid HQ and global initiatives.
* Support integrated commercial models and cross- business synergies for biofuels and hydrogen derivatives.
* Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams and lead workshops for alignment, opportunity framing
* Design, prepare materials and lead workshops to drive cross- functional (Trading, Biofuels, Hydrogen) alignment on way forward on initiatives to progress with business case execution.
* Conduct market assessments, competitor analysis, and pricing model development.
* Data & Commercial Analysis: Conduct in -depth complex data analysis and market assessment leveraging on business intelligence, and external insights to derive constructive insights.
* Build relationships with suppliers, buyers, tech providers, regulators, and agencies.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a results-driven, hands-on delivery, entrepreneurial, and resilient professional with the ability to grow a trading book and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Qualifications
* Experience in business development, commercial and financial modeling, project delivery, deal structuring, and route-to-market strategy execution within the energy sector.
* Strong commercial acumen to ensure viability, strategic alignment, and execution readiness across initiatives.
* Ability to deliver and structure commercial models with minimum guidance.
* Understanding of green fuels and low-carbon fuel markets, EU & APAC regulatory frameworks, pricing mechanisms, sustainability requirements, and supply chain dynamics.
* Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in P&L management, deal-making, negotiations, commercial modeling, or investment analysis.
* Ability to work across teams and complex matrix organizations, with familiarity in project management and governance processes.
* Skill in business case presentation and narrative.
* Commercial origination experience in low-carbon fuels or trading origination is required.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Skilled in innovative commercial models and structuring of strategic alliances/ offtakes.
* Proficiency in data analysis, market research, financial modeling, economics analysis.
* Knowledge on E2E value chain on biofuels and hydrogen and its derivatives (Efuels…etc)
Other Qualifications
* Exposure to international markets and global regulatory frameworks.
* Knowledge of innovative commercial models and structuring of complex commercial model (JV, M&A).
* Proficiency in trading platforms and navigating through market intelligence platforms ( Argus/Platts)
* Experience in developing integrated value chains for biofuels and hydrogen derivatives
