As a Business Development Manager Romania/ Southeast EU your responsibilities are:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in Romania & SE-EU within the Project Market.
o work close with Architects, Installers, Building companies, distributors,...
o Projectes in Hotel sector, Offices, Hospitals, Retail, Public environements,...
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals successfully.
* Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
* Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and expand your network.
A successful Business Development Manager Romania/ SE EU should have:
* A background in sales or business development, ideally within a related industry (Project market: flooring, walls, ceilings, construction, sanitary,... sector.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Fluency in English & Romanian, every other language is a plus
* A willingness to travel to Romania (+70%) as part of the role or to live/relocate in Romania.
