We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with several years of experience in the Payments & Cards industry, providing deep knowledge to understand complex business topics and their link to IT. Our client expects you to guide them in the payment environment, offering an excellent overview of key players, trends, and regulations to support their projects.
Additionally, the client requires a strong understanding of the technical aspects of card issuing and card transactions. The project is part of a larger initiative running until 2028.
Required profile.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. At least +6 years of relevant experience in Payment and/or Card industry
2. At least +3 years of Business Analysis Experience
3. Identify business needs and trends and competition
4. Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
5. Act as interface with the stakeholders
6. Define the business scope, target operating model and interfaces (Business and IT)
7. Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
8. Experience in Process design or process reengineering is a plus
9. Experience in BI (data queries, reporting) is a plus
10. Follow-up implementation of the change, including Business Acceptance testing (BAT)
11. Languages: French & English fluent, with good level in Dutch
