Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy, combining hands-on business development with the leadership responsibilities of team management. You'll build strong relationships within the IT industry, develop long-term client connections, manage your own consultant portfolio, and lead a team towards achieving commercial objectives.

You act as both a trusted partner to clients and a team leader internally, driving performance, strategy, and execution. Your role requires a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales & Business Development:

* Promote and sell services to clients
* Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities
* Own and manage a personal portfolio of consultants and associated profit and loss statements
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
* Meet regularly with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
* Source, screen, and match candidates to client requirements
* Negotiate terms of business and candidate offers

Sales Management & Leadership:

* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of business managers to achieve their key performance indicators
* Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
* Monitor and manage the full commercial pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure
* Provide ongoing training, support, and development to the sales team
* Analyze team performance and identify areas for improvement
* Set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews
* Contribute actively to the company's go-to-market and talent engagement strategy


Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in business development or IT staffing/Sales
* Initial experience in managing a sales team or sales process
* Strong background in the IT services or tech recruitment sector
* Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
