To support our customers, we are seeking a logistics employee to strengthen our team throughout the entire logistics process.
You would report to the Supply Chain Manager who is also based in our office in Belgium.
Location
This is an on-site job offer. Our offices are strategically located in Belgium, within close proximity to Zaventem train station and right next to bus stop (line 358).
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage our warehouse and inventory.
* Receiving and shipping products (pick and pack).
* Final assembly of sensors and firmware programming.
* Managing the entire customer life cycle: from receiving goods from our factories, to delivery to our end customer and warranty repairs.
* Updating customers on the status of their orders.
* Checking production status and intervening if necessary.
* Assisting in final product assembly.
* Collaborating with our sourcing team.
* Contributing ideas for optimizing the entire supply chain
Requirements:
* Proactive and hands-on mentality.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication skills to assist and inform customers.
* Professional proficiency in English.
