In this role, SAP Sales Cloud is your primary playground. You will be the go‑to expert who helps customers reimagine and optimize their commercial processes end‑to‑end.
You will:
Lead SAP Sales Cloud transformations: Own the full sales process design: lead management, opportunity flows, guided selling, forecasting, and quotation orchestration.
Configure Sales Cloud to support best‑practice pipeline management, activity planning, territory & quota management, and sales automation.
Leverage advanced capabilities such as Sales Intelligence, predictive scoring, and workflow automation.
While Sales Cloud is your core, you also help shape the CX ecosystem around it:
Integrate CX applications with SAP S/4HANA: Set up and validate end‑to‑end data flows for customer master data, product data, pricing, availability, orders, and service processes.
Collaborate with S/4HANA, integration, and data teams to guarantee a robust and scalable setup.
Deliver high‑quality project execution:
Facilitate workshops, challenge requirements, co‑create processes, and promote a standard‑first approach.
Manage configuration, testing, documentation, and enablement for key users.
Troubleshoot issues across CX modules, BTP services, and ERP integrations.

Is there a match? You are an experienced SAP CX consultant with hands‑on expertise in at least two of the following domains: Sales Cloud, CDP/CIAM, BTP, or S/4HANA integrations. You bring:
4–7+ years of SAP CX project experience across mid‑size or enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of commercial, service, and customer‑data‑driven processes.
Hands‑on skills in Sales Cloud configuration, Customer Data modelling, or BTP development/integration patterns.
Solid insight into S/4HANA Sales/Service/Logistics processes and how they integrate via SAP CPI to front‑office touchpoints.
The ability to challenge requirements, guide stakeholders, and propose best‑practice architecture.
Excellent communication, workshop‑facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
A proactive mindset, eagerness to share knowledge, and passion for continuous improvement.
