Your missions & responsibilities
* Provide expert guidance on IP, IT, and technology-related legal matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
* Support clients in data protection, cybersecurity, and AI initiatives, including regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate on high-impact, cross-border projects.
* Integrate legal guidance into broader commercial and innovation-driven strategies.
The ideal profile
* Belgian Master of Laws with excellent academic results; postgraduate education or international experience in IP, IT, or data protection law is a plus.
* 1–4 years of experience in IPT or related fields in a reputable business law firm.
* French or Dutch speaker, with excellent command of English.
* Strong team player with initiative and the ability to thrive in a professional, collegial environment.
