Automation Supervisor
We're seeking a skilled Automation Supervisor with strong automation expertise and proven leadership experience to support key modification and improvement activities.
What You'll Do
* Ensure safe, efficient, and cost‐effective execution of modification work.
* Support planning, reporting, and decision‐making for asset improvement activities.
* Strong safety mindset when carrying out all procedures.
* Coordinate assigned modifications and guide system specialists during execution.
* Contribute to safety assessments, work permits, engineering reviews, and quality checks.
* Support FAT/SAT testing and ensure accurate documentation and red‐marking.
* Maintain oversight of tasks and ensure compliance with MOC, engineering standards, and LCI requirements.
What You Bring
* Strong experience with automation systems (PLCs, ABB Melody, ABB M Controller, HIMAX, Sill WORX).
* Strong safety experience (experience in VCA/VCA environment)
* Demonstrated leadership or coordination experience.
* Fluent in English, French - Dutch is a bonus.
* Bonus: Knowledge of SIL certification.
