Sales Field Account Representative



Job Description:

The Sales Field Account Representative is responsible for positioning the company to be preferred with assigned or new customers. A preferred status allows the company to participate in all activities to create, expand and defend sales through active participation in quotes, engineering, and supply chain opportunities.


Your Responsibilities Include:

* Selling company products and services to assigned customers in your sales territory
* Developing and securing new businesses to expand the customer base and increase potential sales
* Consulting customers and finding the best solution in our portfolio
* Collaborating with the customer's purchasing and engineering departments on projects and designs
* Developing strong relationships with suppliers to support end-customers' technical and commercial needs
* Maintaining market awareness on competitor activities, industry trends and new concepts
* Collaborating closely with internal resources


Profile Requirements:

* Several years of sales experience where you have gained solid knowledge of the electronic component industry and its products and services
* Completed professional technical and/or commercial education
* Strong analytical and sales methodology skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills
* As a team player, you excel with your outstanding communication and presentation skills
* Exceptional knowledge of company products, services & value proposition, with a willingness to acquire new knowledge on future focus product areas
* Good English language skills, as well as good MS Office skills, especially Excel
* You are willing to travel locally and have a valid Driver's License
