Job description
* Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Engineers through coaching, feedback, and clear priorities.
* Ensure smooth daily operations by overseeing preventive and reactive maintenance tasks.
* Act as first point of contact for technical issues and manage spare parts inventory.
* Guard safety, quality, and GMP compliance through leadership and example.
* Support quality events like Deviations, CAPAs, and FMEAs.
* Drive process improvement and long-term maintenance strategy together with Reliability Engineers.
Requirements
* Relevant technical or engineering degree.
* Maintenance and reliability experience in pharma/biotech.
* First people coaching experience is preferred.
* Strong understanding of GMP standards.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Confident leadership and coaching style.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
