We are looking for a Sales Director Pharma who can build and expand our Supply Chain Automation business in the Pharma industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales teams, develop intelligent logistics solution designs, and evaluate innovative solution concepts.
The role requires strong technical and business skills, including experience in sales of complex intralogistics solutions and foundational technical knowledge of logistics. A business acumen, sales affinity, and winning mentality are also essential.
In this position, you will report to the VP Special Industries and work closely with them to build and lead a team of technical pharma logistics experts.
You will be responsible for positioning Körber as a strategic general contracting partner and delivering projects cleanly from order entry to execution.

Your profile:
* Succesfully completed technical and business studies or comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in sales of complex intralogistics solutions, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry
* Foundational technical skillset for logistics (ideally experience with CAD applications)
* Business acumen, sales affinity and winning mentality
* Determined, committed and meticulous work approach
* Good English and German language skills combined with very good presentation skills
* Willingness to travel (<30%)
