High safetystandards, operational excellence and continuous improvement arecentral to their way of working.As ProjectCoordinator, you oversee heavy maintenance checks performed in thehangar and ensure that all work is completed safely, according toregulations, and within contractual timelines. You play a crucialrole in monitoring progress, coordinating teams and ensuring thatevery phase of the project runs smoothly. Function description Prepare maintenanceprojects by reviewing work packages early andhelping define task sequences.Supervise day-to-dayprogress of the check to ensure compliance with EASAPart-145 and internal procedures. Verify thatplanning provided by the preparationteam is correctly followed during each phase of thecheck. Ensure workloaddistribution aligns with available manpower for eachshift. Through team leaders,coordinate task execution across differentskills (avionics, structures, cabin, sheet metal,etc.). Make sure all task cards are completedcorrectly, with accurate data and required signatures.Assess findings promptly to determine corrective actionsand launch material requests without delay.Guarantee smoothcommunication and proper handoversbetween shifts and technical teams. Escalatecritical issues quickly and propose solutions to safeguardturnaround time. Driveimprovements related to safety,efficiency and project duration.Lead,coach andmotivate team members to maintainstrong performance and technical excellence.Perform any additional tasks needed to support smoothproject operations. Jobrequirements EASA Part-66licensed engineer with type rating on B737 (Classic andNG) At least 5years of experience in aircraftmaintenance. Strong knowledge of EASA Part-145requirements and Safety Management Systems.Analytical mindset, capable of solving complex technicaland organizational issues.Natural leadership skillswith the ability to coach, support and inspire teams.Fluent English (spoken andwritten); Dutch and/orFrench is an advantage.Eligible to work in the EU.
