Overview We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our client's team. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to innovative software solutions that are used internationally. Responsibilities Design and develop Java applications for embedded systems.
Lead by example and mentor junior developers.
Take ownership of one or more projects in collaboration with motivated colleagues.
Integrate multiple applications on Linux filesystems, ensuring seamless system behavior.
Work with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Docker, Linux, Debian Packaging, Python, and Networking.
Examples of impactful work include:
Infotainment systems that can be upgraded in high-speed transport environments.
Synchronization of audio and screen content across devices.
Systems that dynamically adjust based on external factors such as routes or schedules.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate 5+ years of professional Java experience (including Spring Boot and Quarkus).
Solid expertise in Linux, Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of network protocols (UDP/TCP) and network behaviors (broadcast, multicast, unicast).
A coaching mindset with a passion for software quality.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Language requirements: English and Dutch.
