Mission
As Product Marketing Lead – Belgium, you are responsible for defining and driving the Go-To-Market strategy and market success of Banqup in Belgium. You lead the product marketing function locally, transforming complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that drive revenue growth, feature adoption, and long-term customer loyalty.
You act as the strategic link between Product, Sales, and the broader commercial organization. By combining market insight, strong positioning, and effective enablement, you ensure that Banqup's products resonate with SMEs, accountants, and partners in a competitive and regulated market.
Responsibilities
This is what we expect of you:
* GTM Strategy & Product positioning: Define and own the value propositions, messaging frameworks, and Go-To-Market strategy for all Banqup products in Belgium. Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to adjust positioning and maintain strategic agility.
* Sales & Partner enablement: Oversee the creation of high-impact, usable sales and partner collateral such as slide decks, flyers, whitepapers, and launch materials. You provide final approval on all enablement assets to ensure consistency, relevance, and effectiveness.
* Feature Adoption & Product content: Own the full lifecycle of product content. Lead the team in developing instructional videos, visual guides, and product-led content that reduce user friction and drive feature usage and adoption.
* Team leadership & development: Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of product marketers and graphic designers. You are responsible for capacity planning, resource allocation, performance management, and creating a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
* Market intelligence & Product launches: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather insights from Sales, Support, and customers to influence the product roadmap and lead successful product launches. Monitor market dynamics and competitors to inform strategic decisions.

We are looking for candidates who have:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing strategy, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Proven experience in a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment (required).
* Native or fluent Dutch and/or French, with business-fluent English.
* A strong interest in FinTech (payments, invoicing, financing) and the ability to quickly master accounting and tax-related concepts.
* Demonstrated expertise in Go-To-Market frameworks, sales enablement, product positioning, and product-led growth.
* Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and regulatory roadmaps into clear, distributable messaging.
* Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage cross-functional and partially remote teams.
* Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers to shape features and lead successful market launches..
