Store Manager – Roosendaal (Mc Arthur Glenn Outlet Center)
We are looking for a full‑time Store Manager who will represent and bring our brand story to life for the team and customers. Together with the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the shop’s commercial targets, coaching and motivating the team.
Responsibilities
* Inspire team and customers with MR MARVIS values and the brand story.
* Maintain overall look and feel of the store, inside and out.
* Organise in‑store events.
* Coach, motivate and develop the shop team.
* Achieve commercial targets and actively improve KPIs.
* Hire new style advisors and conduct job interviews.
* Manage stock and day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience (preferably retail).
* Enthusiastic and passionate about MR MARVIS.
* Strong personality, flexible and representative.
* Ability to co‑lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team.
* Customer‑ and service‑oriented.
* Tech savvy, able to work on a laptop.
* Experience with KPIs and ability to analyse and improve them.
* Available 40h per week, including a weekend day.
