From Randstad Professionals we're hiring a Retail Media Executive (temp) who will help shape the future of beauty in Retailers.
Responsabilities:
Design retail media campaigns based on NPD calendar and key consumer period to boost client visibility and sales
Execute the digital strategy and implement the right levers to maximize ROI
Implement new product launches (NPD), ensuring proper display and communication on digital platforms (e-merchandising).
Ensure brand standards and compliance criterias are met online (selective distribution).
Coordinate in-store activations (physical stores, pop-ups, events) in line with brand guidelines.
Support on NPDs roll-out and new store openings.
Collaborate with agencies and suppliers for efficient delivery and installation of POS materials and visuals.
Coordinate communication between field teams, store teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
Our best profile:
At least 2 years experience in online activation and offline trade marketing.
Retail Media Experiencie is a must
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication.
Proficient in Excel and Office tools.
Spanish C2 and minimum B2 level English; Portuguese is a plus.
