Required Experience & Qualifications
* 5+ Years of Experience
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
* Backend Odoo Infrastructure | Server Setup & Configurations
* Scrum Methodology | Python & Java-Script | Open-Source Technology
* Strategy | Scope of Work Consultation with "Odoo Module Architecture"
* Strong Bilingual "English" Skill-sets (C1 or C2)
* Strong Network of Operation Resources (Engineers & Developers)
Daily Roles & Responsibilities
* Executive Odoo Strategy Consultant & Product Owner/Manager
* Consult | Mentor | Grow | Manage an Experienced IT & Technology Team
* Consult | Enroll | Manage ALL Projects involving Konect360MAP:
o Modular Application Platform Solutions
o Customize, Implement, Deploy, Maintenance & Manage Projects
o Open-Source Technology Integrations into “Odoo Environments”
o SaaS Product Development
o Master Data Management
Availability
* Hours of Availability: Monday thru Friday - 3 am to 11 am EST (New York)
* Probation Period: Part-Time (Hours Dependent on Probation Projects)
Compensation
* Hourly Rate: $50.00 per Hour (Strategy Consultation & Product-Owner)
* Profit Sharing: 3% of the Billable Hours for all Konect360 Client Projects
* Project Deadline Bonus: 2.5% of the Billable Hours for all Technology Projects Completed within Deadline
