Our Global Sales team plays a key role in turning complex technical offers into clear commercial proposals, tailored to our customers’ needs.
Your mission
As Sales Support and Tender Specialist, you will join a team of 7 the Sales Managers and 1 Head of Sales Administration to drive pre-sales activities and prepare all commercial and technical elements needed to build strong offers.
You will coordinate inputs from internal experts, external suppliers and product teams to support tender replies, upgrades, pricing strategies and client-facing documentation.
Key responsibilities
1. Prepare budgetary quotes and tender replies, including project timelines, budgets, acceptance test plans, and technical appendices
2. Support Sales Managers in all pre-sales activities and throughout the sales cycle
3. Lead the development of commercial offers, including upgrades, term sheets and service agreements
4. Coordinate kick-off meetings and present non-standard requests to the Quotation Board
5. Work with internal experts and suppliers to select and integrate third-party equipment into our offers
6. Collaborate with R&D and Product Management teams to suggest and define new third-party solutions
7. Contribute to IBA pricing strategy for products, services and upgrades
8. Build costings using configuration tools and submit pricing scenarios for validation by Sales Management
9. Develop, update and share internal and external training material for both commercial and customer use
10. Maintain up-to-date technical and clinical knowledge of IBA products and services
11. Prepare responses to RFPs and actively support oral presentations to clients
Your profile
Skills required
12. Degree in chemistry/electro-mechanical engineering or compensated by experience
13. Minimum a first technical experience on medical devices products or similar
14. Experience in radio-chemistry is an asset
15. Demonstrated communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
16. Ability to manage various tasks in parallel and resistant to pressure
17. Fluent written & spoken English (Spanish and or French is an asset)
