Here in our SAP GTS team we are looking for a Business process expert willing to take part to the Project SAP GTS.

What does the SAP GTS Business process expert look like?
He/she ensures that the SAP GTS template is managed in a good way to satisfy the business and trade compliance needs.
Our business process expert’s goal is to focus on system configuration, change requests and support of the SAP GTS template together with our support and development team.
If you join us in this role you will initiate new projects and follow up existing ones, reporting to the SAP GTS Business process manager and cooperating with the cross-business area trade compliance managers.
What we expect from you?
You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or several years of relevant experience in SAP GTS (S/4 Hana preferred) setting and demonstrated skill and achievement in implementing SAP GTS projects.
Experience in trade compliance is a plus.
You have an eye for details and don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves and getting involved whenever necessary as you are the keyperson between the business and the trade compliance team.
We seek for a self-motivated person, able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
You are full of energy and can’t wait to work together with Project Team to bring your technical solution and new ideas to solve new challenges of trade compliance.
What else? We need you to be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel and fluent in English.

What you will deal with in this role?
SAP GTS Template management:
1. Follow up on open gaps after our phase 1a/1b/2 Rollout.
2. Masterdata management and system integrations between different master data systems
3. Mergers and acquisitions setup
4. Full implementation (from idea to rollout) of change requests for continuous improvement
5. Align business processes with the responsible business area's
6. Search and present process improvements
7. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards
8. Act as liaison between Trade Compliance, Capgemini support team and development team
9. Act as BPX and super user for GTS system – monitor well-functioning of GTS
10. Keep all GTS system parameters up to date
11. Coordinate between Trade Compliance team and Gecia screening & classification team (alignment on SOP /SLA etc.)
