From Hays, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Governance Manager to lead and manage cybersecurity initiatives for a major multinational company.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain security governance policies and procedures.
* Conduct internal and external cybersecurity audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
* Identify and assess cybersecurity risks, proposing corrective and preventive measures.
* Coordinate with internal and external teams to implement security improvements.
* Provide technical and strategic advice on security governance issues.
* Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity controls and ensure their effectiveness.
Requirements:
* University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Deep knowledge of security regulations and standards (ISO 27001, etc.).
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Advanced English.
