Mission:
* The solution architect operates in a field where the challenge is to ensure the performance of the company's services.
* In the context of a digital transformation, defined and framed at the strategic level, their role is crucial in the tactical phase of designing and implementing the software solution that meets the end user's needs.
* The solution architect works on projects impacting information systems (IS - including IT systems) and is responsible for the overall architecture, design, and implementation of the defined solution.
* Their work is based on an understanding of the end user, their environment, their business activities, and their processes. The solution architect must meet the end user's high expectations at both the business and application levels (performance, productivity gains, management, data traceability and storage, business process optimization, etc.).
* His expertise and methodology lead him, during the scoping phase, to conduct a convergence study in order to propose a solution tailored to the needs while taking into account cost and time constraints. From the preparatory phase, the solution architect considers the organizational and technological constraints of the client to gain a comprehensive view, enabling him to define the impacts and risks on the overall operation of both the ETNIC (Economic, Technical, and Information Technology) system and the client's business functions.
* He must focus on analyzing the architecture and formalizing the business challenges, defining business repositories understandable by all project participants, analyzing the added business value and functional capabilities, and analyzing the various impacts on business processes to propose a coherent (IT) solution.
* He is able to understand technologies and their integration capabilities, positioning them correctly within the IT systems.
* He is also responsible for ensuring the conditions for project success: he oversees the design, development, deployment, and testing phases.

* Understand, through business requirements, the IT solutions to be provided
* Identify the architectural components to build the solutions to be provided to the business.
* Propose understandable solution models for both the business and IT departments.
* Maximize the value delivered to the business through IT solutions.
* Analyze and model IT solutions.
* Analyze IT solutions to develop semantic knowledge.
* Model and prepare architecture documentation within the framework of IT projects carried out in the company.
* Produce solution documentation adapted to different stakeholders, tailoring the vocabulary to the relevant audience.
* Create a systemic view of IT solutions.
* Assist other architects in their analyses and modeling within a holistic approach to the information system. Contribute, with a \"quality\" perspective, to the implementation and revision of the procedure manual and related processes.
* Monitor the obsolescence of IT solutions.
* Ensure the reuse of standard business vocabulary and, if necessary, establish a glossary of business terms to standardize the vocabulary used in communications between different stakeholders.
