Your mission?
* Ensure the follow-up of customer requests, from order placement to confirmation.
* Schedule deliveries and manage shipments efficiently.
* Manage back orders and proactively handle complaints (in connection with our quality service).
* Be the recurring link between our company and our customers, ensuring quality service.
Your profile?
* Significant experience in an administrative role, ideally in the food sector.
* Ability to communicate easily in French and Dutch.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Good knowledge of Excel.
* Passionate about customer service and respecting ethical values.
