Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and complaints received via the MTR hotline
Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, preparing correspondences and notices
Assist in maintaining a database of customer enquiries
Perform clerical and other administrative works as assigned
Requirements
Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience, preferably gained in customer service industry
Positive mindset and ability to work under pressure
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Excel, Chinese and English word processing
Remarks
Working Location : MTR Kam Tin Building, Kam Tin, NT
Working Hours : 20 working hours and 5 days per week (Mon-Sat) (fixed roster at 4 hours per shift)
Duty hours:
1:00pm-5:00pm (4 days in Mon-Fri); and
8:30am-12:30pm (Sat)
