Responsibilities
1. The Construcrtion Manager is responsible for the execution and coordination of all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) construction activities on a large-scale petrochemical project, ensuring safe, compliant, and timely delivery of the E&I scope.
2. Supervise and coordinate E&I construction works (electrical installations, instrumentation, cabling, trays, panels, field devices).
3. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and HSE requirements (IEC, ATEX, etc.).
4. Interface with engineering, procurement, subcontractors, client, and commissioning teams.
5. Review drawings, work packs, and method statements; support constructability and site issue resolution.
6. Monitor progress, quality, and safety; report status and support punch list and pre-commissioning activities.
7. Ensure proper documentation and as-built handover.
Requirements
8. Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent experience).
9. Proven E&I construction experience on large petrochemical / industrial projects.
10. Strong site coordination, safety awareness, and communication skills.
