Delivery Lead
who thrives in managing complex initiatives and possesses a deep understanding of SAP processes and manufacturing domains. Your background equips you to lead and collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
* You orchestrate all activities within the Manufacturing scope of the S/4 programme.
* You lead cross-functional teams composed of business, IT, and integration partners.
* You oversee all testing phases, including OQ, PQ, and UAT for Manufacturing.
* You ensure cutover preparedness and execute data migration strategies.
* You supervise the development of functional deliverables such as documentation and training materials.
* You coordinate activities across Supply Chain, QA, Finance, and Procurement domains.
* You actively manage scope, risks, and dependencies while tracking overall progress.
What are we looking for?
* You have strong expertise in SAP, particularly in ECC to S/4HANA migration programmes.
* You possess a proven track record in programme/delivery management of large SAP initiatives.
* You have a deep understanding of manufacturing modules, such as PP, PM, WM, and IM.
* You are proficient in leading cross-functional teams comprising IT, Business, and integration partners.
* You demonstrate natural leadership skills and the ability to challenge stakeholders effectively.
* You exhibit strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities.
* You are fluent in

* You bring experience in pharmaceuticals or GxP environments.
* You are familiar with BW to BDC migration, EWCM, ISM, or other modern SAP cloud components.
