This mission is part of a strategic transformation of the Client Service Center, driven by a partnership with Accenture, focusing on automation, digital workflows, and integration of a ServiceNow-based platform (SynOps) into the bank’s IT landscape.
Mission Overview
As Test Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of testing activities across multiple streams and systems. You will ensure quality, consistency, and alignment of testing efforts within a complex transformation program involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and drive the overall test strategy and governance framework
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee testing activities across multiple initiatives
* Ensure end-to-end and integration testing across systems (APIs, middleware, core banking)
* Monitor test progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery
* Manage defects, quality metrics, and reporting dashboards
* Coordinate with Accenture teams, Test Engineers, and internal stakeholders
* Facilitate go/no-go decisions, escalation of risks, and reporting to senior stakeholders
* Ensure environment readiness and alignment with release planning
Profile Required
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Test Management or QA leadership roles
* Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs, ideally in banking
* Strong understanding of banking systems and operations
* Experience in Agile / SAFe environments
Technical Skills
* Strong expertise in System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End testing xphnsxz
* Solid knowledge of APIs, middleware, and system integration architectures
* Familiarity with core banking systems and data platforms
* Experience with cloud or hybrid environments
* Knowledge of ServiceNow / SynOps is a plus
Languages
* English: Fluent
* French and/or Dutch: Working knowledge
