* You are an excellent people manager with strong leadership skills. You are dynamic, independent, creative, attentive, and resilient under stress, with a passion for coaching.
* You have strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
* You possess a critical and logical mindset.
* You are results-oriented, proactive, and have analytical thinking skills.
* You are bilingual (French/Dutch), both spoken and written. A good command of English is a plus.
* You enjoy versatility, have achieved a high level of expertise in your tasks, and are eager to learn new skills.
* Experience in team leadership or supervision is an additional advantage.
