A global technology company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its Brussels team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will provide expert guidance across HR operations, with a focus on Belgian labor
and employment law, employee relations, and supporting topics such as absenteeism and well-being. You’ll partner closely with local leadership to ensure compliant and effective HR practices.
Requirements:
* Strong HR generalist/management background
* Solid knowledge of Belgian labor/employment law
* Experience in ER, absenteeism management, and well-being initiatives
* Fluency in French or Dutch, plus English
* Brussels-based with hybrid working
