Your missions
* Develop and retain a customer portfolio in the fields: Odoo, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure management and consulting.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored growth strategies.
* Prepare, present and follow up on commercial offers, ensuring negotiation with customers and suppliers.
* Actively participate in customer events, trade shows and promotions.
* Work closely with technical and consulting teams to ensure customer project satisfaction and success.
* Document and track all relevant customer and project information in our internal tools (CRM, etc.).
* Represent the company and act as a link between customers and internal teams.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and the quality of our services.
Your profile
* Higher commercial or technical training.
* Fluency in French, German and English (professional, oral and written level).
* First successful experience in sales and account management, ideally in IT services (ERP, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure...).
* Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service and negotiation.
* Proactivity, autonomy, rigor and ability to work under pressure.
* Comfortable with Microsoft 365; knowledge of Odoo is an asset.
* Good organization, team spirit and solution-oriented.
