Senior business Test Engineer (ChatBot & digital channels)

Fluent IN ENGLISH, DUTCH AND french IS mandatory.
We are looking for an experienced Business Test Engineer to join a digital delivery team in Brussels, specifically focusing on ChatBot and conversational UI quality assurance.
This is a freelance project (March December 2026) requiring a specialist who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution in a multilingual environment.
Roles & responsibilities
Design and execute manual end-to-end and regression test cases
Validate business requirements, user journeys, and integrations
Perform detailed multilingual validation (Dutch/French/English)
Identify, document, and follow up on defects
Collaborate closely with product owners, analysts, developers, and designers in an agile setup
Requirements & experience
5+ years of experience as a Manual or Business Tester
Strong test design and analytical skills
Experience in complex digital environments (banking is a plus)
Fluent in English, French, and Dutch
Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-driven
