Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Microsoft Infrastructure & Process Integration Specialist. The rapid evolution of Microsoft products necessitates a continuous update of operational processes and documentation for our operation teams. The ideal candidate will be someone who can bridge the gap between Proximus’s internal infrastructure and processes and Microsoft’s product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain operational processes and documentation in alignment with the fast-paced evolution of Microsoft products.
2. Utilize expert knowledge of Microsoft tools, knowledge databases, and operational processes in endpoint services.
3. Create simplified processes for end-users and support teams based on architectural information.
4. Respond swiftly to changes and problems, ensuring timely and necessary communication.
5. Test hardware and software process rigorously to produce the most accurate documentation possible.
Your Profile
Requirements:
6. Profound knowledge of Microsoft tools and operational processes.
7. Expertise in creating user-friendly processes and documentation.
8. Ability to communicate effectively and promptly in response to changes and issues.
9. Proficiency in testing hardware and software to ensure quality documentation.
Qualifications:
10. A strong foundation in IT, coupled with an excellent command of the native language in both written and verbal forms.
11. Experience with video editing tools
12. Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English, with strong grammar and vocabulary skills.
