As an
Outbound Logistics & Invoicing Coordinator
, you will ensure smooth delivery operations, accurate billing, and cross-functional alignment. You will play a key role in managing logistics documentation and supporting financial processes. Your analytical mindset and collaborative approach will help drive operational excellence.
HOW DO YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE?
What will you do:
* Resolve delivery issues or delays
* Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activities
* Support customer care mailbox B2C/B2B
* Ensure accuracy of pricing, taxes, and terms on invoices
* Reconcile invoicing discrepancies with finance
* Maintain invoicing logs and submit to CASS
* Support month-end closing and invoice control
* Create monthly accruals and annual revenue recognition reports
* Create quarterly performance reports for PWC
* Perform quarterly internal audits and monitor performance dashboards
* Support procurement with rate card checks and third-party submissions
* Monitor billing setups, GL accounts, and POD requests
How will you do this:
* Collaborate with DCs, Procurement, and Finance to ensure billing alignment
* Provide support for audits and compliance checks
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and billing

* Timely and accurate invoicing and logistics documentation
* Strong cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution
* Reliable performance reporting and audit readiness

SKILLS FOR SUCCES
* You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
* You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination and/or invoicing
* You demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* You possess excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
* You have a solid understanding of international shipping regulations and Incoterms
* You have experience working with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems
* You have a basic understanding of accounting principles
